Prior to founding her company, Wanda had a very successful 25 year corporate career. She started as a secretary when she was 19 and worked her way up the corporate ladder and was promoted to Senior Vice President at the age of 30. She was a business banker and worked with sales teams throughout her corporate career.
She spent the majority of her career managing SBA Departments. She managed departments that did $100M+ in annual loan volume. It was through that experience that she developed a very strong skill for creating systems.
